Goals and Initiatives for the Upcoming Year • Complete the facilitator and student guides for the Instructor-Led Distance Learning post-cluster workshop sessions. • Relaunch Supervisor & Manager CORE – a course that all existing and newly- appointed supervisors and managers will complete as foundational awareness, knowledge, and skills to execute the job responsibilities with proficiency. • Begin Phase 2 by identifying new members and soliciting additional subject matter experts (SMEs) to the Supervisor & Manager PBE Work Group allowing existing members to retire from their SME role. • Outline a revision schedule for Supervisor & Manager CORE. • Make available all CORE lessons and resources on the Judicial College website offering supervisors and managers on-demand access to CORE materials after they have completed and received credit for the CORE program. • Recorded webinars based on the instructor materials for Title 16 and Title 20 Rules. • Presented Title 16 and Title 20 on-demand webinars during a Chief Clerk’s meeting to the Administrative Clerks as a pilot. • Drafted the webinar presentation materials Rules pertaining to civil, including landlord/tenant, grantor in possession, wrongful detainer, $30,000 or less, peace orders, protective orders, and emergency evaluations. Goals and Initiatives for the Upcoming Year • Refine the webinar recordings based on the pilot feedback. • Launch the District Court on-demand, recorded, webinar series. • Record and pilot the Civil Rules on-demand webinars including $30,000 or less, peace orders, protective orders, and emergency evaluations. Circuit Court Rules Work Group • Drafted an in-depth curriculum outline for Circuit Court Rules. • Drafted the Instructor’s Guide pertaining to Rule 1 to accurately correspond with the webinar presentation. • Drafted the webinar PowerPoint Deck for Rule 1. Goals and Initiatives for the Upcoming Year • Record pilot webinars to be reviewed by subject matter experts. • Refine the webinar recordings based on the pilot feedback. • Launch the Circuit Court on-demand, recorded, webinar series. • Review Rule 1 for any new and or amended rules. • Continue to meet monthly started in November and work towards completion of Rule 1, using ZfG if necessary. • Start Rule 2. • Drafted the Rule 1 for instructor guide and PowerPoint. • Conducted three complete revisions of the project.
