JENNIFER SCHMITT is a skilled professional with over 21 years of experience at the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She began her career in 2004 as a Correctional Case Management Specialist Trainee and quickly distinguished herself by embracing various roles and responsibilities within the Department. Throughout her tenure, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong work ethic and versatility, such as serving as an Executive Assistant, and contributing to special projects. Her dedication to the mission of DPSCS has been reflected in her steady progression through the case management series, resulting in her promotion to Director of Case Management in January of 2021. In this leadership role, she continues to support both DPSCS and Case Management’s overarching objectives. SCHOENBRODT ED.D., CCC-SLP LEADABILITY, LLC CO-FOUNDER & CEO LISA A. SCHOENBRODT is a speech-language pathologist who is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is licensed by the Maryland Board of Examiners. For over 30 years, she has been a Professor of Speech Language Pathology at Loyola University Maryland as well as a practicing Speech Language Pathologist. As an SLP, Dr. Schoenbrodt has provided in-depth assessment and individualized treatment with school-age children and adolescents who have language deficits as a result of a wide range of language and learning disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and more. She also has many years of experience in collaborating and consulting with teachers, professors, counselors, psychologists, and other specialists.
